Shipping/Delivery - There is no shipping or delivery for anything sold on this online store because everything must be redeemed in person by the consumer. After an online purchase the consumer is immediately emailed a confirmation email that includes a unique QR code which you must present to the manager upon arrival. This unique QR code will be scanned and verified by the managers of Rocks upon which they will issue the product/service you purchased. (This no shipping/delivery policy is part of our marketing efforts to bring our customers into our business. Giving them a unique QR code requires them to visit us to redeem their BUY NOW purchase. If we begin to sell tangible items that require shipping we will make sure to update our website with the approriate rules and regulations that apply to standard shipping/delivery policies.
